Power
Aggrecko power plant mounted externally producing uninterrupted power rated at 1000Kva, with a rating of 100 tonnes. House power upgrade is planned for the immediate future.
Lighting Grid
Covering the internal space, the grid is flush with the building structure ensuring a 27ft height to grid. The 5×5 grid is rated to 250lb per single point.
Sound mitigation
The roof has been insulated against external intrusions and the ‘box within a box’ walls are covered to the full height with Insulquilt. Leaving the entire interior free for your needs.
Internal columns
There are 8 columns in each of the two rows. They are approximately 56ft apart from each other North to South creating a large unimpeded area.
parking
14 dedicated car spots alongside the Studio and within the security patrolled area. In addition a further 12 spots for Trailers covering any Transportation needs.
HVAC
Externally located providing service via internal ducts that do not encroach the internal working area. Attached within the HVAC filter system is a MERV filtration system.
office space
The offices available are in very close proximity to the stage in multiple sizes, from single rooms to sections of entire floors, all protected by a hospital grade filtration system.
internal ancillary space
Within the Studio is an enclosed area of some 3000 sq ft for numerous uses (catering/offices/wardrobe) along with bathroom facilities.
add ons
Ensuring a smooth Production, nearby utility spaces and multi-purpose areas are available a la carte, these include workshop areas. Secure parking facilities are offered.
Kearny Point
Located perpendicular to the runways at Newark International Airport. Ensuring that there are no direct flight paths above the studio, but maximizing access to all available infrastructure.
